How do I record a split shift on my timesheet?

Select 'Practice' to record the hours you have worked and the role and also add a note to the same week that describes the details of your split shift. Please check with your tutor before recording flexible study hours as some universities do not allow them to be counted.
How do I add a week to my timesheet?
Answer
Click the green button labelled 'Add a week to the timesheet' and choose the year, month and date of the week from the calendar. All weeks start on a Monday. Click 'Add' and a detailed chart of that week will be added to your timesheet. Start and end times and the type of work to be done can now be added by clicking on individual days.
My timesheet is locked after being signed by my practice assessor/educator - how do I alter or add details to it?

Click the green 'Unlock' button on the top right of the page to enable the timesheet to be edited. Note that this will also remove the declaration signatures, meaning the timesheet will need to be digitally signed again by all relevant parties to verify your updated information.
My timesheet is set to read-only - how do I alter it?

Timesheets can only be adjusted for a set period after their start date, once this expires they become locked and can't be edited. If you need to edit your timesheet after this date, please contact your module leader.
How long will my practice assessor/educator have access to my timesheet?

Your practice assessor/educator will have access to your timesheet for 4 weeks after your placement ends.
Can I add a week outside of my placements?
Answer
Yes. Timesheets do not have any time-frame restrictions but you should check with your personal tutor or module leader before adding weeks outside of your allocated placement dates.
